In addition, as far as the two groups I contacted are concerned, the group leaders have a global view and a sense of time. Every day, they synchronize their work progress with team members in detail, solve problems, take the initiative to find out existing problems, and pay great attention to technical details.

2. Rich extracurricular activities. There are also town halls, MFT(Momenta Friday Talk), paper reading and various technologies shared inside and outside the group. You can learn the latest work progress and technical summary of many colleagues in other departments, and you can also learn about the company's various systems.
