It is understood that the Bund Square in the East New Town is located from the Third Ring Bridge in Ma Jiahe to the sixth middle section of the city, with a planned construction area of 30,000 square meters. Its function is mainly leisure and fitness. The completed square will be integrated with the newly-built Saiwudang Square with a total area of 70,000 square meters. At the same time, the construction of the square will be combined with the comprehensive flood control project of Sihe River Basin, and two rubber dams will be set in the river, which will become a beautiful scenery in the new urban area in the east.

The whole square project costs 30 million yuan and will be completed next year. After the completion of the square, it will completely change the messy phenomenon in the Sihe River basin and improve the flood control ability to once in a hundred years.
