Huizhou Gymnasium, namely Jiangbei Gymnasium, is located in Jiangbei, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. It is a comprehensive and multifunctional modern sports facility invested and built by Huizhou Municipal Government, and it is a landmark building of our city. The project started on October 23rd, 2006/KLOC-0, and was completed and put into use on February 8th, 2004. It covers an area of 6.5438+0.5 million square meters, with a total construction area of 32,000 square meters, including the main hall, training hall, conference center, commercial service area and parking lot. The scheme designed by Architectural Design and Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology is adopted.

The maximum span of the main hall steel grid is 1 12m, and the maximum span in the horizontal direction is125m. The museum has 6620 seats, first-class lighting, acoustics, high-tech electronic screen, central air conditioning, intelligent network, international standard sports wooden floor, retractable movable stands and seats, which can provide good services for various large-scale sports competitions, large-scale song and dance concerts and large-scale exhibitions. The auxiliary hall has complete supporting facilities such as fitness training, tennis training, conference center, business exhibition, leisure and entertainment.

Gymnasium environment embodies the concept of green environmental protection, and the green coverage rate reaches 60%. Harmonious and ingenious conception and ingenious design combine magnificent architecture with beautiful ecological environment. The entrance square has a wide view; Large musical fountains with half lobes on both sides set each other off; There is a green courtyard between the main and auxiliary pavilions; About 80,000 square meters of trees, shrubs, flowers and garden paths form an open park.
