In the south, it faces Linsan Port with a width of about 40 meters and Linsan Park with a total construction area of about 70,000 square meters (35,000 square meters have been built). Linsangang and Zhongfenjing meet two natural rivers, and the natural resources of 2 Bay 65,438+0 Park are unique.

The whole project is a low-rise quiet valley planning community, which integrates a single-family villa, a 7+ 1 elevator villa, a 14-storey landscape flat, a 6-storey waterfront elevator villa and a 14-storey small high-rise landscape. The project will build a comprehensive club of more than 2,000 square meters, providing indoor heated swimming pool, coffee bar, gym and other community leisure sports spaces. More than 3000 square meters of commercial street, providing convenience stores, laundries, supermarkets and other basic living facilities, as well as catering services for independent businesses.
