When I grow up, I always remember what my brother said to me. Massage your muscles in time after exercise, or your muscles will ache the next day. Sometimes on a whim, I will go to exercise. After I finished, I didn't remember to massage my muscles. As a result, when I wake up the next day, I feel that my body is not my own, and this pain will last for a week.
Two years ago, I was born a sports scum. On a whim, I signed up for a mini marathon with my good friends. Although it is a mini car, five kilometers is a huge challenge for me. I practiced in the school playground for nearly a month before the competition. During the competition, my efforts paid off. Although I failed to get into the ranking, I still insisted on running the whole course. After running, my good friend and I helped each other and walked outside the venue to let the fitness coach teach us massage. After nearly 20 minutes of massage training, the feeling of drowsiness and muscle pain after running disappeared.
I got up the next morning and didn't feel any muscle pain. I think this is the effect of massage after exercise.
