Even the vast rural areas will basically set up some sports equipment in the villagers' cultural square, and the atmosphere of national fitness is getting stronger and stronger.

But most young people always think that these devices look ugly, feel tasteless, not so tall, and are only suitable for the elderly to bask in the sun there. In fact, if you can make full use of these equipments, it will become the nearest gym to your home!

How to play the horizontal bar? Bend your knees and roll your abdomen on the horizontal bar. Hold the horizontal bar by hand and hang it. Get your feet off the ground. Lift your legs with your abdomen and bend your knees as close to your chest as possible. This action mainly exercises our lower abdominal muscles. Pull-ups, hold the horizontal bar with your palms forward, shoulder width apart, and pull your body up with the muscle strength of your back as high as possible. Keep your chin out of the horizontal bar, straighten your body, and don't twist your legs and knees. Pull-ups can strengthen our arms and exercise our backs.

How to play parallel bars? Arm flexion and extension, arm vertical support parallel bars, elbow slightly bent outward, body slightly leaned forward, legs folded naturally drooping. The body gradually descends until the elbow angle is 90 degrees, then stays for a short time, and then slowly supports the body at a constant speed. This action mainly exercises our chest muscle strength and triceps brachii.

How to play supine board? Of course, it is a belly roll! Lie on the abdominal muscle board to fix your feet, gently support your ears with your hands, roll up your upper body with abdominal strength, and then slowly recover. During the whole process, keep your waist close to supine board, unless, of course, you want to do an empty stomach roll!

How to play the elliptical machine? Hold the handle tightly with both hands, stand on the pedal, keep your back straight, and walk naturally with your feet on the pedal. The difference between this elliptical machine and the gym is that it can't adjust the resistance and strength, because the users of these outdoor fitness equipment are mostly old people and children, and the demand for strength is not high, so most of them are simple versions with low cost. Young people need to use these devices to increase the duration of exercise, at least 30 minutes, in order to achieve the effect of aerobic exercise.

Common fitness equipment in the community includes pull rings, ladders, riding machines, etc., which can do some simple muscle exercises and enhance muscle strength. There are also some waist twisting machines, turntables and massage shafts, which can relax muscles and relieve back pain.
