State-owned universities do not have traditional institutions that take the college entrance examination.
Shanxi Theatre Vocational College, formerly known as Shanxi Theatre School, was founded in 1958. In 2002, with the approval of Shanxi provincial government, it merged with Shanxi Theatre Research Institute to form a multidisciplinary higher art vocational college. The college adheres to the principle of service and employment-oriented, and produces fine products and talents. In recent years, a series of representative works, such as large-scale national symphony Roots of China, large-scale children's drama I can be a monitor, Liu Hulan, symphony concert of four big bangzi parties in Shanxi, and appreciation of Shanxi-collection of classical folk songs, have been put out continuously, and they have been staged all over the country and won unanimous praise. To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, in 2009, the college specially launched a large-scale Shanxi rap drama "Liberation", which was grandly staged in Beijing, the capital, and all over the country. It has been highly praised by all walks of life, known as "the cultural miracle of Shanxi in the new period" and "the artistic monument of brilliant atmosphere", and won the key funded repertoire of the national stage art boutique project in 20 12. In the same year, it was awarded the "Five One Project Award" by Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, and the "Liberation" crew was awarded the honorary titles of "May 1st Labor Award in Shanxi Province", "Excellent Cultural and Artistic Works in Shanxi Province" and "Advanced Collective of Cultural Activities in 60th Anniversary of National Day". The responsibility is to do a good job in the education service management and elderly education for retired cadres at or above the deputy division level in the whole region. One room, two departments and one station: office, business department, publicity and education department (community work department) and activity station (university for retired veteran cadres).
