How to eat 7 meals a day for fitness and muscle building?
Breakfast at 7 o'clock: a porridge (noodles), a vegetable bag, a meat bag, two boiled eggs and a banana.

9 o'clock meal: milk, bread and an apple.

1 1 order lunch: eat as much rice as usual until a little (broccoli and beef are better for long meat, you can add this)

Afternoon tea at 3 o'clock: a bowl of wonton, fruit and a boiled egg.

Dinner at 5 o'clock: just eat normally, don't eat too much, just eat well.

10 midnight snack: I like a steak and pasta (sleeping late).
