Do manual work to keep fit.
In real life, fitness represents self-discipline and positive attitude towards life, which can be regarded as an elegant hobby. Many people think that no matter how busy the work is, fitness must not lag behind. Therefore, some manual workers will be proud of their persistence in exercising after a day's manual labor. But have you ever thought about whether this practice is fitness or injury?

move bricks

For an ordinary example, Wang, a construction worker, is mainly engaged in daily work, such as moving bricks, carrying cement and knocking hammers. His physical quality is much better than that of ordinary people. But he envied his fellow villagers with great strength. He left with more than 200 kilograms of cement columns. To this end, Wang will also exercise himself after a day of physical labor. But sometimes, after a day's chores, I feel sore all over, my back aches, and I am afraid that I will hurt my waist if I go down again, and my heart is very nervous.

physical labour

In fact, whether for health or to become strong, the first thing to understand is that fitness is not equal to physical labor. Single, long-term physical labor can easily bury health risks to the body, which can be summarized by overwork. Fitness pays attention to training, nutrition and rest. There is no single action in long-term manual labor. Long-term training can make the body stronger.

Does that mean that manual workers are not suitable for fitness? Of course not. It's just that manual workers want to exercise after work. The following four questions should be paid special attention to.

health

First, find out where you lack exercise, instead of practicing blindly. Physical labor needs strong muscles as the foundation, but this kind of strength is very uneven. For example, workers on the assembly line will have well-developed forearms, but just average big arms. So when you exercise, you should practice your big arms more than your forearms.

Second, both the body and muscles need enough rest time. Manual workers often work for more than eight hours, and most of them are almost exhausted after work, and they can't wait to go to bed at once. If you continue to exercise, the first thing to consider is whether your body can't stand it and whether you have enough rest time.

Third, fitness will affect work. If you want to make your muscles stronger, you must give them an unprecedented strength stimulus. This is easy to do, but the muscle ache that comes with it will seriously affect the working condition. Unfortunately, this delayed muscle soreness is difficult to be relieved by relaxation and stretching after exercise, and can only be relieved slowly.

Fitness meal

Fourth, even if you don't exercise, manual workers should improve their nutritional intake. Manual labor takes a long time, usually consumes a lot of calories, and also loses more protein. Manual workers do not pay attention to this aspect, and their daily diet is mainly high-carbon water, lacking protein's intake. If possible, you can eat more meat, eggs and milk to provide enough raw materials for muscle growth.

Finally, it is not said that manual workers are not suitable for fitness. The key is how to deal with some of these contradictions. Mental workers exercise, that is, they want to get physical exercise and rest their brains. Manual workers exercise because they are unwilling to be mediocre and want to enrich their spiritual world. As for whether it will harm your health, please keep in mind the above four points, and you can't generalize.
