If negotiation fails, you can find the contract signed when you apply for the card, find the terms of termination, and cancel the card as agreed. If it still can't be solved, there is only one last resort, litigation, and suing the court to cancel the contract and return the card. If you sue, please confirm that there is no agreement not to return the card when you apply for it.

Article 121 A complaint shall contain the following items:
