Zhicheng College of Fuzhou University, located in Yishan Campus of Fuzhou University, Gulou District, downtown Fuzhou, Fujian Province, was approved by the Ministry of Education. In July 2003, Fuzhou University, a key university jointly established by the national "2 1 1 Project" and the Fujian Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Education, was established as the main body, operated according to the new mechanism and mode, and implemented full-time undergraduate education.
