Wang Xuanjie's successor.
Wang Shangwen is the successor of Wang Xuanjie. He "learned the law but didn't stick to it." He combines a variety of boxing methods and gains something through intensive research.

As a teenager, he was weak and powerless. Seeing the rough road, he dared to be angry and dare not speak. Since ancient times, the miners in Quangou and Koukou of Datong have been martial. Under the influence of the environment, the miner's son Wang Shangwen also practiced Shaolin boxing. Soon, his body became strong. From then on, he was deeply infatuated with martial arts. I have been studying with my teacher since 16 years old. In the past ten years, he has practiced Shaolin, wrestling, Xingyiquan, Sanda and other kungfu, thus gaining a good reputation in martial arts Datong. He is generous, strong-willed and tireless in seeking real kung fu. He is not satisfied with the existing kung fu, and is determined to find a boxing method with strong fighting skills. He has an idol in his heart, that is, Mr. Wang Xiangzhai, the independent boxer and founder of Dacheng Boxing. He was thirsty for talents, so he went to Beijing alone in the autumn of 1986, fell at the door of Mr. Wang Xuanjie, the second generation successor of Dacheng Boxing, and began his career of learning Dacheng Boxing.

From then on, Wang Shangwen devoted himself to success. After several years, he finally achieved Samadhi with extraordinary perseverance and understanding. 1In the early autumn of 994, Wang Shangwen, who was teaching in Beijing Beihai Park, met Saint Hill, the French karate runner-up. The tall Saint Hill has doubts about the training methods of Dacheng Boxing, such as standing on piles and taking friction steps. Can he play without playing less bags and strength training? The pragmatic spirit made him want to try it himself. So he proposed to learn from Wang Shangwen, and Wang Shangwen accepted it. With static braking, he let the holy mountain punch and let him exert his strength. When Saint Hill kicked his head with a karate heavy foot sweep, his foot just touched Wang Shangwen's forearm, only to see him shake slightly, and its instantaneous change-spiral force suddenly exploded. At that time, St. Hill fell on his back as if he had been electrocuted. Tried three times in a row, and St. Hill failed. St. Hill immediately gave a thumbs-up and nodded, and his admiration was beyond words. Then he asked the translator to explain his wish to learn from Wang Shangwen. After getting his wish, he agreed to visit the Wang Shangwen branch again. Besides French, Wang Shangwen also competes with Japanese, Swiss, Italian, American and other countries. Of course, at home, he also played with boxers and celebrities.

Since 1994, Shengshan and his foreign friends have been studying in Wan Li every year. 1997 At the beginning of this year, Wang Shangwen set foot on the picturesque land of France in May at the invitation of the French authorities in Shengshan. In Lyon and Saint Martin, under the Alps in northern France, Wang Shangwen began to guide and teach Dacheng Boxing for a month. Those foreign disciples with blond hair and blue eyes are mysterious and yearning for China Wushu, but they are also very enterprising. They always want to try the real skill of "coach". When Wang Shangwen knocked Patri, a Frenchman who weighs 100 kilograms and is known as a "boxing generalist", to the ground, he attracted "tut-tut" exclamation and admiration. Apart from lectures and boxing exchanges, Wang Shangwen has always considered himself a descendant of a miner. He took advantage of the opportunity of teaching martial arts and offered to visit a foreign mining area. After understanding his meaning, foreign friends accompanied him to drive to the coal mine 300 kilometers north of St. Martin.

Wang Shangwen was warmly received by the mayor of San Martin, who delivered a speech at the welcoming meeting. Hundreds of local military figures and local celebrities attended the event. The mayor spoke highly of Mr Wang Shangwen's martial arts, which represented the civilization and wisdom of the Chinese nation. From 1998 to 1999, Wang Shangwen was invited to give lectures abroad for three times. He went to Britain, Italy, Belgium and other countries to spread Dacheng Boxing and made many new friends in martial arts. He also filmed Dacheng Boxing teaching film, which was recommended to be broadcast on international flights and European multinational television stations. Dachengquan has added new charm to China Wushu in foreign boxing circles, thus making many people realize that Dachengquan can not only attack, but also keep fit. Wang Shangwen introduced the traditional culture of China to foreign countries through his kung fu. In a sense, he played the role of a cultural messenger. Wang Shangwen said: "In a foreign country, I will never forget my image as the son of a miner and soldier in China, so I can be polite and modest."

You have to work hard to get it. After years of bumpy life journey, Wang Shangwen finally tasted the joy brought by the bumper harvest. Next, Wang Shangwen is ready to calm down, sum up his years of martial arts experience, and strive to make greater achievements in theory and practice.

He still has a long way to go. As the third generation descendant of Dacheng Boxing, Wang Shangwen felt the weight on his shoulders. But success will favor those who roar.

Analysis of Wang Xuanjie's Kung Fu —— Trilogy of Standing Piles, Measuring Strength and Walking —— Wang Shangwen Cheng Lihua "If you want to skillfully use martial arts, you must start from standing piles and seeking strength, so-called turning weakness into strength and turning humility into spirit." Mr. Wang Xiangzhai talked about the role of standing piles in Wushu in his article Standing Piles.

Generally, people who haven't practiced Neijia Boxing have a shallow understanding of Gong Zhuang, and most of them think that standing piles can make feet take root and grow strong, but they can't delve into the connotation of various piling methods, and they are skeptical about getting strength from standing piles and fully embodying its role in Wushu. What's more, I think the stump will only become more and more rigid. I regard it as "the spirit will become clumsy." These people may only see the superficial things of Gong Zhuang, or be deeply influenced by the low horse in other boxing methods, so the old ideas in their minds can't be updated at once. Beginners of piling have a preliminary understanding of piling methods, but it is difficult to master the specific standing method or time requirements. Besides, they lack the guidance of masters. If they are encouraged by some misinformation, they will easily deviate from the real Dacheng Boxing Road, so that although they waste a lot of time, they rarely stand up and have little effect. Some crooked ways that mislead people from reality, such as "lying with your eyes open", "letting out internal qi" and "hitting objects from a distance", will only make learners depressed and sad!

Test is to cultivate the strength in the pile through test, and to seek slowly, that is, to seek reality from nothingness. Testing force can be divided into several methods, such as hook, sail, wave and so on. And you can practice slowly, quickly and slowly with fixed steps and moving steps, then touch and work hard until you become stronger. In the process of force measurement, the body will "collide" and "rub" with the surrounding objects and air. With the growth of kung fu, this feeling will become stronger and stronger. Walking training should be carried out when it is effective. The initial exercise of walking is mainly friction step. Friction step is also called "walking test" or "exercise test". Rubbing exercise plays an important role in the balance of foot exchange and the overall coordination of physical strength, laying the foundation for practice.

Standing pile, measuring strength and walking position are important parts of the "seven wonderful methods" of Dacheng Boxing. If you can't lay a good foundation for this three-step method, you can't try, play, promote and implement it. I hope that scholars will remember not to be far away from the near, and be greedy for novelty and difference.

The time arrangement of the three steps of standing pile, measuring force and walking is roughly 60% for standing pile, 65,438+05% for measuring force and 25% for walking. Standing pile is the basis and source of changing strength and vitality; Test is the introduction of touch force and transport energy, which is called canal. Walking is the presentation of strength and power, which is called irrigation. The three steps of pond water storage, canal digging and irrigation are related. It is essential to fill a big pond with water; If there is no water, it is futile to dig canals and irrigation is impossible; If the pond is full of water, it is useless to store water without digging ditches for irrigation. The pond is full of water and the channel is clear, but it is not used for watering, and it is also in vain. There should be ponds, canals and irrigation, and the first two are mainly to lay the foundation for the latter. The key is to store water in the pond. The more full the pond, the greater the effect. To this end, standing piles is the primary skill in the "seven wonderful methods" of Dacheng Boxing.

When Mr Wang Xuanjie told us about boxing, he compared the above three steps to kneading dough, kneading dough and Lamian Noodles. It needs us to think, experience and understand its charm. His old man often tells us that we should have extensive exchanges with martial friends and realize the power of Dacheng Boxing from actual combat.
