Run after getting up in the morning (jogging, about 800 yards, 1~2 laps). Then line up for training.
You know that the whole recruit company is queuing for training every day, right?
There will be physical training after 3 pm, which is also running, usually 3000 meters. You just need to run down at first, and then you need speed.
3000 meters, it seems that it takes 10 minutes or a few minutes to achieve Excellence. I can't remember the exact time. I only ran 5 kilometers after leaving the company. I seldom cross-country.
Equipment training:
Parallel bars, elbow brace, 16 excellent, 12 good, 8 pass. I don't know what the standard is in 2000, but it won't be too high.
Horizontal bar, pull-ups, the same number as parallel bars.
If you can't keep up with the usual training, you will be asked to do physical exercises at night, such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups.
Training is ok, but I'm not used to it when I first arrived in the army, including discipline and environment. In a few months, it will be much better if people get familiar with it.
If you can do the following, you don't have to work overtime to do fitness now.
Parallel bars (bent arm): 16, excellent, 8 pass (50 for recruits)
Horizontal bar (pull-ups): 16, excellent, 8 pass (22 recruits)
These two troops practice every day.
Basic skills,
The standard push-ups (training arms and chest muscles) 1 minute is more than 30, so if you can do more than 60, you have reached the standard of veterans. (I have more than 65)
Sit-ups (abdominal exercises): 1 min, more than 20, just so-so, more than 30, you have reached the standard of veterans, and even exceeded it.
Squat down and stand up (practice calf muscles and thigh muscles), 30 at a time! !
And running: 5 kilometers, 22 minutes is good. (I was a veteran when I was a recruit), I got off the company and could run into 18'30 "in 5 kilometers.
Please remember:
It doesn't matter if you don't reach it. Training injuries can be avoided by practicing physical activities (jogging for about 20 minutes, sweating).
When you join the army, when you are a recruit, talk less and do more, and be obedient. Learn to be a man before you do anything!
