Zaozhuang is a prefecture-level city in Shandong, which does not belong to any city. Zaozhuang is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province. It is an A-type big city. It is located in the south of Shandong Province, bordering Pingyi County, Feixian County and Lanling County in Linyi City in the east, tongshan district City, jiawang district City and Pizhou City in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province in the south, Weishan County in Jining City in the west, Weishan Lake in the north and Zoucheng City in Jining City in the north. Zaozhuang is the first "cross-strait exchange base" and "National Fitness Yangko City" in China, which is famous at home and abroad for the battle between Flying Tigers and Taierzhuang. The place name of Zaozhuang originated from Zaozhuang, the resident of the municipal government. It formed a village in the Tang and Song Dynasties and was named Zaozhuang because of the large number of jujube trees.
