My essay on the road to fitness
My physique has not been very good, so I consciously participated in sports very early and tried several fitness methods.

The first thing I started with was running, which has been off and on for many years, and now I am gradually sticking to it.

I seldom run in school. I remember that I belong to the kind of shy girl who likes quiet study. When I was in primary school and junior high school, I was limited to physical education class who ran according to the teacher's requirements. In the first year of normal school, the class teacher gets up early every day to run with everyone. I participated, but I was not very active. What impressed me the most was taking part in a 5000-meter cross-country race, and the final result was mediocre.

Later, in the fifth year after I joined the work, I consciously ran away. I just had a son at that time, and I felt a little physically weak. I started running, hoping to make my body healthier.

Because I was too busy at work and had to take care of my son, I ran irregularly during that time, sometimes in the morning, sometimes after dinner, and sometimes for several days.

This is doomed to failure, and then it will simply stop. There are always endless things to do, and the mood is good and bad, which has become an excuse for not insisting on running. It's a pity to think about it now At that time, if anyone insists on running down, he will not be in trouble in the future!

However, after that, I didn't stop exercising. Didn't yoga come into contact more than ten years ago? This sport can be regarded as my heartfelt love, and now it has finally started, and I have been practicing for almost a year.

I worked in the countryside more than ten years ago. There were no yoga classes nearby at that time. I learned about yoga from books, and I liked it very much, so I bought a CD and practiced it at home. I remember feeling good at first, but after practicing for a while, I was sweating all over.

But soon, in some difficult exercises, after listening to the precautions mentioned by the yoga teacher in the video, I was afraid of spraining my body and dared not continue practicing. Because at that time, my cervical vertebra was not good, and migraine followed me for several years. Originally, I thought that practicing yoga could alleviate these symptoms, but without the guidance of the teacher, I just followed the video. Improper methods are easy to cause problems.

Later, when I transferred to the county seat, I found that there were two yoga studios, so I didn't sign up because I was too busy.

With the increase of age, small physical problems appear in turn. In order to strengthen my physique, I have chosen walking, hula hoop, skipping, gymnastics, badminton, Baduanjin and other sports methods, but I always give up after a few days of exercise because of new physical discomfort.

Later, I just walked, walking at a speed that I could bear, but I never felt the effect of exercise. Listening to my classmates say that he hurt his knee after walking for a year, which made me even more afraid to insist.

However, if you don't exercise, you will feel uncomfortable all over. In addition, all kinds of exercises have advantages and disadvantages, so we should pay more attention to our own methods. So later, I started to take a walk occasionally. When I was tired, I took a few days off and then continued.

I've been thinking about it for a long time, and I want to choose a suitable exercise mode and stick to it. After all, the body is your own, and health depends on yourself.

Last National Day, I happened to see a yoga studio enrolling students, so I went to consult and immediately signed up for an annual card. At that time, I thought my working conditions were stable and my son was in college. My time is relatively abundant. If I don't exercise, at my age, I may have no chance in the future.

When I first entered the yoga studio, I was attracted by the elegant and skillful movements and elegant and beautiful temperament of the yoga teacher. Although I am older than them, I believe that through hard work, I should be able to get rid of the pain first and then help to change my mental outlook.

In the first three months of yoga practice, I didn't miss a class, and I became more and more in a state of flexibility.

But from the fourth month, I began to have chest tightness, bloating and other symptoms. I thought I had a cold, so I began to pay special attention to keep warm, especially on my way home from yoga. I wrapped myself tightly.

After two weeks of such attention, the symptoms have not been alleviated. My stomach is starting to feel sick, too. The irregular feeling of tightening and oppression before and after meals made me wonder what a serious illness I had.

Yoga was forced to stop frequently, and I started walking around the hospital. Gastroscope, electrocardiogram, B-ultrasound, blood test, tossed over and over again. The county hospital couldn't say anything, so I went to the city hospital again and found an old Chinese doctor who was exhausted. Results Many messy diagnosis conclusions were drawn: gastritis, myocardial ischemia, spleen deficiency, qi deficiency, blood stasis, yin and yang deficiency. ...

I took a lot of medicine and felt that it had no effect at all. A person in a massage shop said, I must have practiced yoga, which led to disorder of thoracic joints, and then abdominal organ compression, chest tightness, stomach discomfort and other symptoms. I suggest massage therapy.

I think it makes sense. Correct yoga practice is good for health, but I may not have paid attention to it in yoga practice, and the teacher may not have found it, so something went wrong. But I don't think this is the main reason. Besides, I didn't believe in her massage level, so I didn't go.

Later, based on the idea of taking less medicine and self-regulation, I planned to observe for a period of time. During the period, I took some medicines to treat gastritis according to the symptoms, but I tried to take less medicine, eat less or even don't eat, mainly diet plus self-conditioning.

So after this year, I stopped practicing yoga. Practice when you feel better, and don't go if you feel a little uncomfortable.

During the summer vacation, I simply use the early morning time every day to go out and walk around the park and the lake twice. At first, just walk, then walk, then jog, then walk half a circle and jog two and a half circles.

In this way, step by step, self-adjustment while exercising, the body gradually improved.

In the past month, I don't know whether the medicine has worked or self-regulation. Chest tightness has disappeared and gastritis has eased a lot. I decided to stick to the current pace of life. I believe that it is better to seek medical treatment than to seek for yourself, especially in this sub-health state. Doctors can't explain clearly, taking medicine has side effects. Only by observing yourself carefully and adjusting yourself properly can we find a suitable method.

But in the middle of the summer vacation, my morning exercise was interrupted. The last time I ran was before I traveled to Qinghai, that is, in early August. I stopped going to Qinghai for a few days, and after I came back, I relaxed my trip and rested for a few days.

In fact, I have rested for a long time recently, but I still haven't started running. The reason is that my stomach trouble has not completely improved, and my heart is a little agitated. People say that stomach trouble mainly depends on raising. I also paid attention to my diet and adjusted my schedule, but it didn't improve completely.

Seeing that the summer vacation is coming to an end, I feel very anxious, so I look for reasons at random. Thinking of one month before the summer vacation, I get up early every day to run and exercise. Will I be tired? Why don't you take a day off?

Being in a rather contradictory psychology, I didn't get up early these days, and I slept until I woke up naturally every day. Try to relax yourself during the day, and yoga is also fishing for three days and drying the net for two days. I hope to adjust my body in a completely relaxed state.

I didn't expect it to really work. My stomach trouble has been much better these two days. From this, it can be concluded that in order to be healthy, don't be too tired and try to adjust your body and mind to a relaxed state.

But I can't figure it out. Exercise can obviously relax, but others can. Why am I tired? And I haven't been behind others, and I don't have to run for 40 minutes every day as before. This year, I only run for half an hour at a time, and I jog.

However, it feels good after running! Refreshed, clear thinking, a lot of agility, and light body to fly.

Let's take a look at the situation that I haven't run recently. My limbs don't work, and my body is not as relaxed as before. Yoga makes me feel stiff.

The more you exercise, the more you like exercise, and your body wants to move like a conditioned reflex. The less you exercise, the less you want to exercise, and your body often seems to fall into deep sleep.

So, I couldn't help running again this morning. I went to the park at 5: 40, walked half a circle along the lake and ran two and a half laps, which took 33 minutes.

I feel energetic all day after work, and my yoga class at night is also very emotional. What's more, stomach trouble is basically asymptomatic.

"Running water does not rot, and parents do not lick it." People, too, should exercise regularly, or they are prone to physical problems. Exercise must be suitable for you, and you must learn to observe the changes of your body, what kind of way, how long, what kind of rhythm, and so on. Blind exercise, not only can not play the role of fitness, but also may bring physical damage.

Looking back on my fitness road over the years, the biggest feeling is that it is very important to choose the right exercise mode. But we ordinary people may not know what sports we are suitable for for a long time, so we should try more and participate more. Only in practice can you understand your body and find the most suitable fitness method for you!

This is true of sports, and so are others such as reading, writing and career.
