Riding a bike needs to be done in one breath, but it is not easy to sweat if you do it intermittently. You can rest for a few minutes if you are tired halfway, but don't rest for too long to avoid catching cold.
It is best to ride for 40 minutes at a time, and the effect is obvious. This will burn more fat. If you only step on it for 20 minutes at a time, the fat will burn out. 20 minutes is more like the basic maintenance when there is no time to exercise. If you want to burn fat stovepipe actively, you still have to step on it for 30-40 minutes.
Just like if you only ride an exercise bike for 20 minutes at a time, you will only exercise your muscles and not burn fat. Instead, I found that my calf seemed to get thicker, but I lost weight after riding for 40 minutes at a time.
