Introduction to extreme boxing
Extreme boxing is a modern and operable way of martial arts communication, and it has not produced new kinds of boxing and sects. Its real meaning is Taoist martial arts. Extreme Boxing Daoism adopts a Taoist communication mode in line with international standards, providing a series of menu-based teaching services for students with different personality characteristics, different physical qualities, different age levels and different cultural backgrounds.

Extreme Boxing is a group of young people in China. With the heart of serving the country, they put forward the development strategic model of internationalization and industrialization of Wushu. They have devoted themselves to the research of the Shanghai Black Belt Taekwondo Club for four years, and contributed theoretical achievements to the martial arts community in China for free.

When Taekwondo gymnasiums spread all over the city, China people who claimed to be the hometown of Wushu found that Wushu had been losing ground in the market competition with Taekwondo and Karate. So many students, young white-collar workers and children from well-educated families have participated in the fitness training of Taekwondo and Karate, so how should China Wushu, which is famous for its practicality and training difficulty, face the pain of decline? How does China Wushu get out of the market dilemma?

We must see very clearly that Wushu can only be marginalized if it cannot provide humanized and market-oriented services. Whether the elite can join the ranks of Wushu fitness has represented the depth and breadth of China Wushu community's understanding of the spirit of human struggle and the aesthetic value of Wushu art.

Extreme Boxing has established five modules: Sanda, traditional martial arts routines, achievement, martial arts and martial arts performances, which constitute the communication system of Taoist martial arts. Successfully solved the problem that there are many schools of martial arts in China, which are similar in essence but difficult to popularize. Colorful sects have become the advantages of maintaining personalized and interesting teaching.

Understanding each martial arts school as a different training system, its essence is to practice internal strength, achieve six in one, and improve self-spiritual cultivation. In this way, all martial arts schools can use this module for standardized teaching, and the contents of these five modules form an ecosystem, with uniform uniforms and regular ribbon examinations. The font size and pattern of extreme boxing can successfully learn from the mature examination skills of taekwondo and karate, and naturally guide students to take the promotion examination. The institutionalization and internationalization of entrance examination is the most important step for Taoist martial arts to produce internal driving force and form ecological cycle.

Shanghai Black Belt Taekwondo Club is the only truly international Taekwondo club in China, with foreign students from 36 countries, including Argentina, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, the Philippines.

The theoretical system of extreme boxing was completed by the founder of Shanghai Black Belt Taekwondo Club. He is a black belt in Taekwondo, but he loves China Wushu very much. He used to be a Sanda and boxer, then he made up lessons for traditional Wushu, and won the octupole boxing championship in Hong Kong International Wushu Grand Prix in 2006. Its Taekwondo Hall and Kung Fu Extreme Boxing Hall are mainly attended by children of highly educated white-collar workers and high-income elites.

We are at the forefront of the times, making changes silently. Our personal training course in Taekwondo and Wushu consists of 6 people, and each person charges $20 per hour. It is the highest-end taekwondo and Wushu teaching market in China, with huge development space. He has profound and original views on Taoist teaching, Taekwondo and martial arts personal trainer, and has made considerable achievements, forming an ecosystem of circular economy. Every city has high-income consumers who want to provide excellent fitness and self-defense teaching services, but what is lacking is the Wushu society itself-whether there are quality teachers who keep pace with the times.

"Pen and ink remain unchanged throughout the ages, and the form should keep up with the times." The famous words of Dong Qichang, a master of Chinese painting, also reveal that the basic offensive and defensive techniques of boxing have remained unchanged from ancient times to the present, while the forms of expression and communication should keep pace with the times. The purpose and essence of martial arts in the world are the same, but the expressions are different. The artistic expression must keep up with the times, which is not a kitsch-style catering, but an insight into a trend. We believe that the way out for the internationalization of Wushu lies in the establishment of Taoist Wushu system and mode.

We should not complain about the country's neglect and unfair fate, but should strive to improve our management quality, teaching ability and attack and defense ability, and strive to seize the opportunity of sports industry reform brought by the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The era of opening martial arts schools in cities has basically passed. We think it is most appropriate to build a family-style martial arts school, a new place full of oriental culture for leisure and fitness, and move the boxing arena from the park to the Dojo, from seeking skills to seeking Tao, to a martial arts school with a self-cultivation and brand name similar to extreme boxing. The extreme boxing mode in our library is just an experiment, hoping to inspire colleagues who care about the development of Wushu.
