Muscle type
There are three kinds of muscles, which are divided into skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle and smooth muscle. Skeletal muscles are attached to bones through tendons and distributed in the trunk and limbs. Biceps biceps brachii, triceps brachii, quadriceps femoris, biceps femoris, abdominal muscles and pectoral muscles all belong to skeletal muscles. It is the power of human movement, and muscle training at ordinary times is skeletal muscle. Myocardium is distributed at the proximal end of the heart and large blood vessels adjacent to the heart. Myocardial contraction has automatic rhythm, slow and lasting, not easy to fatigue, not dominated by consciousness.

1. Skeletal muscle is the kind of muscle that people often say. It is attached to the bones through tendons and distributed in the trunk and limbs. Biceps biceps brachii, triceps brachii, quadriceps femoris, biceps femoris, abdominal muscles and pectoral muscles all belong to skeletal muscles. It is the motive force of human movement, and the main object of fitness and muscle enhancement is skeletal muscle.

2. Cardiac muscle This "cardiac muscle" is not "heart", but it is as important as "heart". It is distributed near the heart and the great blood vessels adjacent to the heart. Myocardial contraction has automatic rhythm, slow and lasting, not easy to fatigue, not dominated by consciousness.

3. Smooth muscle Smooth muscle is widely distributed in blood vessel wall and many internal organs, so it is also called "visceral muscle". The contraction of smooth muscle is slow and persistent.

Skeletal muscle of human body is dominated by somatic nerve and is voluntary muscle. Fitness and exercise can form muscle memory, such as badminton and table tennis. Playing for a long time will form some habitual swing movements. In addition, in strength training, we can also gradually strengthen the control of the nervous system on skeletal muscle by sensing the feeling of each muscle exerting force.

Myocardium and smooth muscle are involuntary muscles dominated by autonomic nerve. These muscles can't change their movements with your consciousness. Although we can't exercise and strengthen the cardiac muscle and smooth muscle through various actions like skeletal muscle, the cardiovascular system will be much more active during normal exercise than during rest, and it can also play a certain exercise effect.
