Fitness is like becoming a monk.
I've been thinking about whether fitness I've always liked is a "good" exercise, but it's really not a "good" exercise now.

Fitness is undoubtedly the most comprehensive, direct and effective way to shape and change the body. But the muscles obtained by hard training are not only not resistant to exercise, but also quite delicate and expensive. Looking at an unusually strong body, it's actually not so tough.

It is true that a muscle depends on hard training, but more on cultivation and nursing. Need a good sleep, good nutrition, good training, harsh conditions, indispensable, refined and expensive to the point of almost melodramatic. Just like a particularly luxurious sports car on the track, there is no need to disagree, right? But when you leave the track, there is a brick in the way, and it can't pass.

Such a luxurious top-class sports car abandons the practicality of life and pursues the ultimate speed. If the original intention is that fitness is to serve life, but once you start, you will find that fitness has been difficult to serve life, and there is often a feeling that life serves fitness. Because fitness just wants to do well, it needs to pay and abandon much more than expected.

Fitness is not practical in life, it needs a very stable living condition to maintain, and any unstable factors will not do. Excellent bodybuilders not only train hard, but also cook and bring their own meals when they go out. Excellent bodybuilders are more like beautiful potted plants that can only grow in the gym. If the car itself is special, ordinary people can't play it, so can fitness? So why should it be so popular and promoted?

The real reason why fitness is so popular and strongly advocated is not how good it is, but that the starting threshold of fitness is low and anyone can practice it. Secondly, the current domestic environment, people's living standards, working conditions and exercise options are very limited.

Gyms all over the city, various emerging fitness industry chains and related incidental interest chains all need a share. Just like people who sell cats and dogs, they only talk about the goodness of cats and dogs, the fun of keeping cats and dogs, and the inconvenience. Nothing in the world is perfect.

Beauty salons only encourage women to change themselves, spend money to change themselves, instill all kinds of chicken soup, and remain silent about all kinds of side effects. Just like encouraging chickens to jump off the cliff bravely and spread their wings to realize the eagle's dream, is this weasel under the cliff good for you? Or is it for your wallet? The world can't afford to get up early, and few people really care about you.

All the noise in the world is beneficial, and it is understandable that all the noise in the world is beneficial. Then let's talk about fitness, a self-disciplined lifestyle that is almost the same as ascetic practice. If self-discipline and non-self-discipline are two sides of life, just like two sides of a coin, how to choose and right or wrong is also different.

It is often said that there is no absolute thing in the world, and perhaps there is no real right or wrong. It seems that self-discipline is a good living habit, and it is very positive. But is this the case?

As far as I know, self-disciplined people don't necessarily achieve more than handsome people, or live longer. There has never been such a statement or example in history to prove it. On the contrary, what we often see is that handsome people have higher achievements, because they have good interpersonal relationships, active creative thinking, stronger ability to earn wealth and get attention, and are more popular in society.

Self-disciplined people are more likely to achieve greater results in special fields, and special research needs such an attitude. I encourage you to be as self-disciplined as possible on the road of struggle and improve the speed and probability of success. This is almost an indisputable fact, especially for ordinary people with a low starting point.

I like fitness, and it is also suitable for fitness. At the same time, I also appreciate and like other sports, but the conditions limit my choice and my own sports ability. I like fitness and understand the importance of self-discipline, but I don't like this almost harsh way and regard self-discipline as a normal part of my life.

I envy the boss of playboy, who lived to be 95 years old, romantic and unrestrained, and extravagant. The so-called self-discipline is often the self-comfort of the poor, and the rich should not be too indulgent, just be temperate. Self-discipline and asceticism, why? I am not a monk, and I don't want to be a master, let alone become an immortal.

I admire Tony Stark's genius, wisdom, intelligence, humor, wealth and talent, charm, love and sense of justice. Life should be colorful unless you have no ability.

There is no shortage of such people in the world. They define the right or wrong of things according to their own preferences and regard their own values as the values of the whole world. For example, there are many radical "dog lovers". Killing dogs is cruel and ruthless, and killing pigs is a matter of course. Isn't killing other animals killing animals? Isn't other life life? It seems that people who don't love dogs are not good people.

Attacking others in the name of "loving dogs" is undoubtedly a barbaric act under the cloak of "civilization". Occupy the commanding heights of "morality" and make immoral words and deeds. Such people are actually narrow-minded, narrow-minded, unwilling to listen and intolerant of different existence.

Once you feel that something is wrong, you firmly believe that your judgment is right. For example, gambling is considered to be the worst of all evils. However, I didn't know that the prosperity of Macau and Las Vegas originated from the gambling industry, which provided huge employment opportunities. I don't know that the so-called prostitution is an innate instinct of human beings and is legally operated in most countries. These countries will never lag behind your proud motherland in civilization.

My motherland, which I am not proud of, has only been banned for decades in the long history of 5,000 years, and your sages are not immoral hypocrites. These "moral" people don't understand that illegal behaviors are not necessarily immoral, and those that are not illegal are not necessarily moral.

The reason why I mention this is just to remind some smart people that what you think is right or wrong is not so absolute. Don't judge anything by yourself, your limited mode of thinking, your ordinary life experience and ordinary existence in the vast sea of people, not to mention a saint who is not so wise and great.

There are not so many successful people in the world. Self-disciplined people may not be successful, and successful people may not be successful in everything. Ordinary people are respected by some people even if they practice self-discipline, but is this what life should look like? Is self-discipline the most reasonable choice in life? Do you and I really need spiritual life? I think since it is optional, since there is no standard answer, it is obviously not unique.

Then it's just your own choice, your own way of living, as long as you want, there is no absolute right or wrong. After all, it is your own life, and you have the final say. There should be no such thing as correcting energy and growing taller and healthier.

These are all based on putting aside heavy topics such as sports injuries and illegal drugs. The so-called "healthy" meal for fitness is actually unhealthy, and its unbalanced and one-sided nutritional structure is nothing more than the pursuit of a single functional demand. How can it be healthy? Eating like this for a long time will definitely greatly reduce the quality of life and physical condition.

I like and insist on fitness for so many years, and I really never feel how "good" fitness is, and I basically don't urge others to do it. Ordinary people can also play, really don't be too involved, unless you want to do it, unless you want to work hard on fitness, unless you really like it and think it's worth it, then it doesn't matter.

But can you be sure that you really made the right choice? Like those relationships you said? What you like must be the best? How many of the decisions you made when you were young were right? If your judgment is so strong, I think your life should be great now.

As a sport, the economic benefits and social status brought by success are also very limited. In other words, if you invest so much time and energy, your success and higher social status may not be realized in other fields.

If I don't accept it, I will speak to the bone. What did Messi, the king of sports, get? What did Tiger Woods get? What did Mayweather get? What did Ronaldo get? What did Tai Sen get? What did Schumacher, the king of cars, get? Wait, what did Ronnie get? Ronnie is absolutely respectable, but Ronnie's injury and income are not as hard as theirs? The world is never fair, so is sports.

Schwarzenegger, the most extraordinary fitness success, succeeded because he was a genius with high IQ and strong communication skills. The economic benefit of his fitness is far less than that of making movies. Maybe fitness is his beginning, but how many people can succeed in fitness first, and then take fitness as another springboard for their success? If you can, you are a sedan chair in the world, not an ordinary person.

There are certain reasons why women in China don't like China muscular men very much. It's not that women's tastes in China are much lower, but that most muscular men in China are poor, with low living conditions, no romance, no emotional appeal, low cultural accomplishment, self-righteous and feel good about themselves, not to mention plain looks.

Stop complaining about women and reflect on yourself. What is the joy and essence of life? A good woman must want to live with someone like you? Is it because you have a little more muscles than others? I often talk about social reality and female reality. Is society too realistic or are you too unrealistic?

You open your circle of friends and see many good people who talk about fitness all day. They must be people engaged in fitness. What you see is also an article in the fitness APP. Look at the enviable figure in the photo. Do you know what they use? Not just practice. What I want to say is not bad fitness, but is it really that good? Is it really worthwhile for ordinary people to change their lives and become their own way of life?

Are these advocates really that noble? Is it really for the cause of human health? There may be such people, but I don't think they are universal, because most of them are ordinary people and don't have such a high level of thinking.

Who wouldn't say something nice? The height of thought is really so high. Let's try it for free and do some charity work. Fitness is not necessary, life without fitness is not so failure, and life without fitness is not so successful. Even if you make a small achievement, you deserve to pay for more than ten years, don't you think?

As the foundation and auxiliary training of other sports, fitness is really good. But if the general population takes fitness as their main choice, they need to give up a little more. Rationally speaking, it is correct to choose exercise, and all kinds of exercise can also achieve the effect of exercising. There is no best exercise, and there is no height in essence, only the cost and difficulty of starting and running.

Nothing is easy to do well, and there is nothing wrong with doing things seriously. How to continue to choose fitness as your main hobby? Since a lot of time, energy and money have been invested, I suggest finding another good teacher. Because your peak period of life and sports will not be longer than others, it is better to achieve results in three years than in 10 years. Do the math yourself.

Just like giving you a pen and a piece of paper, can you become a calligrapher after writing for several years? Obviously impossible. Then why do you believe that you can practice well in the gym for a few years? Either you underestimate your health or you overestimate yourself.

Why did the last article end here? Because this is an indisputable fact. Don't blindly believe, blindly follow the trend, blindly worship and blindly pursue, but once you make a choice, you should take it seriously. After all, life is only once, and youth is quite short. You don't need to be nice to others here, but you should be nice to yourself.

The above views, people who play soy sauce in the gym, don't care too much, because you are not affected. Fitness professionals, please also ignore that this is the path you choose. I can agree and understand, but it doesn't mean I have to choose and accept this road.

Fitness is also addictive and needs to be treated rationally. Between gains and losses, sometimes you will lose a lot, maybe more, and you need a correct and reasonable self-positioning. Blind belief, blind follow-up, blind pursuit will definitely lose more in the end. Because there is nothing perfect, there is a good side, and there must be a bad side, including fitness. Only by understanding the disadvantages can we make a more reasonable choice.

I am an amateur who really regards fitness as a service to life. When practicing, be serious; When you don't practice, you should relax. I have practiced for nearly twenty years, worked hard for more than ten years, and stayed in the fitness circle all the time. It is not a comfort for losers, and my talent is also recognized. I said the above because I am mature, understand and see through something I didn't understand before.
