I stayed in the gym for half a year and often went back to riding a spinning bike and taking jazz lessons. Because only a few people persisted, everyone naturally got acquainted. I was very introverted before, and under their leadership, I found a sense of accomplishment in sports, and I began to become more and more outgoing and cheerful. We jazz dancers are a small group, and we usually make an appointment to go to the training room to practice by ourselves when we are free.

For jazz dance, on the one hand, I like it since I was a child, on the other hand, I am particularly relaxed. I can use music to relax myself. When one day, someone said to me, "I find that you have changed, and you are more temperamental than before." In the past, the whole person was round and did not like to talk. Although there is still a sense of flesh now, my temperament is much better.

3 began to understand sports-related professional knowledge

After going to the gym, I began to have some ideas about my body shape, and I began to play in the equipment area. Some coaches will correct your mistakes and tell you some professional knowledge. Some sports teachers will also tell you the correct movements, and you will gradually begin to understand the movements and postures. Over time, you will find that it has some influence on your life. I found that my left shoulder was higher than my right shoulder for a long time, so I began to walk with a shoulder bag on my back.

After practicing dancing in the gym for about a year, I began to have further requirements for dancing, so I signed up for a class outside and started dancing after work every day. Since I started dancing, I can't stop. I wanted to practice cycling well and become a single car coach, but I was preoccupied with dancing well and ran aground.
