How to use the time between studies for physical exercise? How to exercise in the dormitory? The following contents will answer these two questions for you, and you can refer to them.

First, how to use the study break to do physical exercise?

Primary and secondary school students have a heavy academic burden and often spend a long time studying. In order to improve learning efficiency, they should learn to exercise themselves in the process of reading and studying homework, so as to adjust their body and mind, transform and adjust the excitement and inhibition of the brain, so as to concentrate better and maintain vigorous energy.

1-2 hours after continuous study, you can do a little exercise, and the time is generally 10-20 minutes. The exercise place can be indoor, corridor or outdoor. Students can choose suitable exercise content according to different exercise places:

(1) Indoor: head and neck movements, finger movements, arm lifting, leg lifting, one leg flexion and extension, heel standing, etc.

(2) Corridor: straight leg and heel, full squat, turning waist, leaning forward (bending sideways), holding the wall high, pushing up against the wall, etc.

(3) Outdoor: the shoulders circle, the arms vibrate up and down, the hands are behind the back, the hips and waist move, and the legs are split back and forth into lunges and jumps.

Second, how to exercise in the dormitory?

Dormitory is a place to rest. In some schools with poor conditions, the dormitory is his/her "home" for the students who live on campus, and the bigger space in this "home" belongs to him/her is the bed. You can do the following kinds of exercises in bed:

(1) supine leg lifts

(2) Lie on your back and lift your legs.

(3) Prone kicking

(4) prone from both ends

(5) Lie on your back with both ends facing up.

(6) Push-ups

When we exercise in the dormitory, we should pay attention not to move too fast, and do each exercise about 30 times (depending on our physical condition). At the last time of each exercise, it is required to keep the movement unchanged, stay for more than 10 seconds, and carry a proper load, such as putting some books on our calves to increase the exercise load, so as to achieve the purpose of combining static and dynamic.
