The formula for calculating the maximum heart rate is 220-the age of the athlete, and then multiplied by 60. These two sets of numbers are the way to judge whether it is an effective exercise.
In other words, it is wrong to judge whether a 20-year-old student is in an effective exercise heart rate, that is, the heart rate needs to be between (220-20) x 0.6 and 220-20, that is, lower than 120 or higher than 200. Below 120 means that it is not an effective exercise at all, and the heart rate exceeding 200 means that it has exceeded the load.
JoiiSports app needs devices with Bluetooth 4.0 or above, including devices with iPhone 4s or above and Android 4.3 system. Although it is compatible with all Bluetooth 4.0-based devices that can record heart rate, it needs to be equipped with a Mio Alpha sports watch or a Mio Link sports wristband to enable the team wrestling function.
JoiiSports can collect athletes' heart rate through Bluetooth and display it in scale. It can choose different types of sports, including jogging, marathon, going up and down stairs, cycling and so on. Athletes can also adjust the exercise intensity from the heart rate data, and can display the heart rate in three ways: yellow, green and red. The green line indicates the effective exercise heart rate, the yellow line indicates the high intensity, and the red line indicates that the heart rate has exceeded the upper limit to achieve efficient exercise.
The biggest selling point of JoiiSports is to exercise in groups, which can be set as private and open sports groups. There is no upper limit for the number of people in both groups. The difference lies not only in whether you can join the group freely, but also in the different modes of message board and sports information promotion. Anyone in the private group can post information on the message board, and everyone's sports data will be sent to the group members in the form of push broadcast, while in the public group, only the initiator can leave messages and only push the initiator's sports data, but the public group can still view the sports records of each group member.
