Fitness time should be controlled in 30~40 minutes. Because middle school students are burdened with heavy schoolwork and consume a lot of physical strength, too much body-building time will consume too much physical strength, occupy study time, and too little body-building effect is not obvious.
Nutrient intake. Increase muscles through fitness, so as to achieve the purpose of body shaping. To get enough protein, eat 2~3 more eggs every day, and eat more meat when conditions are good. Don't completely listen to the saying that people can only absorb one egg of protein nutrition every day, and one egg wine every day will do! Don't listen even to students who don't exercise. This is misleading!
Exercise before fitness 10 minutes. Most students exercise indoors. First, fully stretch all joints of the body, move wrists, ankles, knees, neck and shoulders, and then do twenty push-ups to warm up.
Use of fitness equipment. Do not use fitness equipment with high risk factors, such as barbells.
