3. Test method:

3. Test method:

With a dry disposable mouth, first tell the tested person to do his best, and the best effect is blowing with medium speed and strength. Let the subjects stand facing the instrument and hold the mouthpiece; Try blowing 1 to 2 times on the spirometer. First, see if the instrument responds, try to see if there is any air leakage in your mouth or nose, and learn to take a deep breath (avoid shrugging your shoulders and lifting your breath, it should be like breathing slowly); Learn to inhale and hold your breath before blowing into your mouth to prevent inhalation from your mouth at this time; No second inhalation is allowed during the test. Blow and exhale slowly into your mouth until you can't breathe any more; After blowing, the last number displayed on the LCD screen is the milliliter value of vital capacity. Each subject measured three times, with an interval of 15 seconds, and recorded three times, and the maximum value was taken as the test result.

4. Precautions:

(1) The key measuring part of the electronic spirometer is in the air cylinder in front of the oral cavity, and the catheter of the air blowing cylinder must be above it to avoid saliva or debris blocking the airway.

(2) Test every 20 people. After the test is completed, clean and dry the air pump with cotton balls in time. It is forbidden to flush the inside of the air pump with any liquid such as water or alcohol.

(3) Try to blow with moderate speed and strength, and avoid supplementing qi.

(d) Grip strength 1. Objective To test the development level of students' upper limb muscle strength.

4. Precautions (1) Keep your arms drooping naturally and palms inward.

(2) It is forbidden to swing your arms or touch your body and clothes when exerting force.

(3) If the testee can't distinguish the strong hand, they can hold it once in each hand and then measure it again with the strong hand to get the maximum value.

(5) Standing long jump 1. Objective To test the development level of students' lower limb muscle strength and body coordination ability.

Measuring the possible range of motion of joints such as trunk, waist and hip at rest mainly reflects the extensibility and elasticity of joints, ligaments and muscles in these parts and the development level of body flexibility.

(2) After swiping the card, the subjects straighten their legs, push the test longitudinal plate with their feet flat, and straighten their arms, and then push the cursor forward gradually with the fingertips of both hands until the cursor can't move.

Precautions:
