At this point, the iPhone will count the user's steps. Next, we need to enter the "Health" application, click the "Body Measurement" option in the "Health Data" tab in the lower left corner, and input our height and weight, so that the iPhone can better estimate our stride size.
Click the "Today" tab at the bottom of the screen. In the "fitness record" item, we can see data such as activity energy, standing time, steps, minutes of exercise, resting energy, etc.
Find the "Step" item, click it, and then select "Add to Favorite" in the jump interface. When you return to the "Today" tab, you can find that "Steps" has been displayed in a prominent position above many fitness records.
