There are many places of interest scattered in the scenic area, such as Bailongguan Site, Bailong Cave, Bailongjing, Liudaoren Tomb, Jiutianling, Longquan Cave and Jiaofu Road. Every scenic spot has its own mysterious legend. Visiting Bailongguan Scenic Area can make tourists feast their eyes, relax, swim between mountains and rivers, explore the wonders of nature and experience the true meaning of life. It is rich in meaning, fascinating and fascinating, just like Ouyang Xiu's Youzui Pavilion. That's all.
Bailongguan site is located on the northwest slope of the main peak of Bailongtaizi Mountain. There are two original top halls and bottom halls, and there are three top halls at the cliff of the main peak, where female Taoist priests practice; There are 48 temples on the third floor, which are built in bamboo forests halfway up the mountain, and are places for male Taoist priests to cultivate truth. There are two legends about the origin of Ba Long Temple.
First, there is a pool on the northwest slope of Bailong Taizi Mountain, called Bailongtan. The pool is small and semicircular. It is said that Bailongtan was crystal clear before, and there was a white dragon in the pool, which appeared and disappeared. Whenever it rains, Taizi Mountain is shrouded in clouds, white dragons fly in the clouds, and when it rains, they hide in the pool. Therefore, local residents burned incense at the edge of the pool, praying for Bailongyu to bless one's life. During the Eastern Han Dynasty, people built temples here, which were called "Ba Long Temple". Every year, the third day of the third lunar month is a temple fair. At that time, hundreds of believers around came to worship the mountain and asked for the protection of the White Dragon. The incense is at its peak, and the scene is spectacular and breathtaking. Later, Balong Temple was built in the Qing Dynasty. Before the Anti-Japanese War, there were more than ten Taoist priests. 1at the end of 939, the Japanese invaders swept into the mountains and burned all the temples.
Secondly, the little white dragon on Taizi Mountain in the East China Sea was punished by the Emperor of Heaven for breaking the dogma. After being transformed by Guanyin Bodhisattva, he took the Tang Priest to the West to learn Buddhist scriptures, and it became white. After going through all kinds of hardships, he helped Tang Priest get the true scriptures, so Xiao Bailong made meritorious deeds, made a positive result, and found himself. After that, I went back to the East China Sea to worship my father, the Old Dragon King, and passed by. Seeing that the water in this pool was good, he lowered his head and took a nap in the pool. From then on, this mountain is called Bailong Taizi Mountain, and this pool is called Bailongtan. The little white dragon left an aura in the pool, so whenever it rains, there will be a wisp of white fog on the pool surface, which will linger and rise, connecting with the thick clouds on Prince Mountain, and you can see the faucet looming in the clouds. So the name of the efficacy of Bailongtan gradually spread, and Fiona Fang was a hundred miles away, and everyone knew it. People come to Bailongtan for rain and happiness. The news spread to Wudang Mountain, which was presided over by Taoist temple, so he sent his Taoist priests to build Ba Long Temple, and some Taoist priests from Wudang Mountain came here to practice. Therefore, Ba Long Temple, as a branch of Taoism in Wudang Mountain, has survived.
Of course, the truth of the legend is beyond our ability. It is true that there is Bailongguan site here. Today, a new farming village has been built in the old site at the bottom of the temple. This area is a sloping fan-shaped terrain with fertile soil, high mountains and dense forests, misty clouds and pleasant climate. It is an ideal summer resort and is known as "Little Lushan Mountain".
