Declaration conditions:

The community attaches great importance to the national fitness work, and there are community national fitness organizations and sports full-time (part-time) staff, and the community people are enthusiastic about fitness;

Community planning has a sports square, and the declared site is community sports land;

The site area for installing sports fitness equipment in the community is not less than 100 square meter, and the site is suitable for centralized installation of fitness equipment. The area for installing basketball stands shall not be less than 15m× 14m, the area for installing badminton stands shall not be less than 15m×7m, and the area for installing table tennis tables shall not be less than 5m× 7m; ;

The occupancy rate of new residential areas has reached more than 30%.

In addition, in order to avoid redundant construction, the residential area with existing sports facilities or located within 300m of public sports fitness places is not included in the application. Who meet the application conditions of community neighborhood committees, after seeking the consent of community residents, can directly submit an application report to the sports bureau at or above the county level.
