Once things are done, it's not so difficult.
The fitness plan has been put off for many weeks, but it is always put on hold for one reason or another.

I decided to give up lunch last weekend. I'm going swimming when my son is in class. I will discuss it with my husband and it is decided. So I started my first exercise in two months. Then I put my previous fitness idea on the agenda. Go home from work and cook a simple dinner for yourself every day, and then wait for the teacher to inform me to pick up my son. I can actually use this time. I can advance or postpone dinner, so that I can use an hour and a half between work and picking up the baby.

I did, but I stopped packing gym supplies. I didn't pack them on Sunday night. I thought I would either collect them on Monday morning, but it dragged on until Thursday evening day by day. I decided that I couldn't wait until Friday morning. I have to pack tonight. So I finally started to take action. I put away what I needed for exercise first, and I didn't think much about it on Friday morning, so I carried it directly to the car. Until after work, I hesitated again. What if the treadmill is full? I can pick up my son early on Friday night. Should I wait until next week to pick up my son today?

When I had given up psychologically, I went to the underground parking lot, opened the car door and saw the fitness bag in the co-pilot position. I sat in the driver's seat for a few seconds and finally picked up my gym bag and went upstairs. Then it went much smoother than I expected. There are not many people in the gym. When I got dressed, I came out with a free treadmill. I sent a message to the evening care teacher saying that if I finished my homework and let the child have a rest, I would pick him up at the same time as usual. ......

After this time, I have planned the fitness time for next week. I can arrange to go home early to pick up my son on Friday night from Monday to Thursday night, swim on Saturday, and take advantage of family day activities to exercise on weekends. In fact, many things are really not as difficult as imagined. If the time is arranged more reasonably, it can be more efficient. What can't be done in regular time doesn't mean that it can't be done at other times.

We should always believe that once something is done, it is not so difficult, and the difficult step is often the first step. Through this attempt, I have more confidence in the challenges I will face in the future. I believe I can always do it well if I want to.
