I want to know which systems aerobics is divided into. What is the difference?
I am a competitive athlete, national level. In fact, aerobics has many details, such as aerobic Latin dance, fighting, mass aerobics, fitness street dance, cheerleading (dance, skills) and so on. . . . . . Personally, I think the level of the public is not very important. It's just the level set by China for different age groups, so it's easy to group in national competitions. Mass aerobics is suitable for a wide range of people and is relatively simple, all of which are exercises with music.

Competitive aerobics is my favorite. It is more challenging and requires strength, flexibility, coordination and hard work. Never break through difficulties such as gymnastics. Each difficulty is divided into categories A, B, C and D, with different scores and complicated rules. Personally, I think the music of competitive aerobics is very passionate and I like it very much. I made most of the music myself, and I made up the movements myself. I like it. Although competitive aerobics is not an Olympic event, when I won the gold medal in the national championship, the feeling of awarding prizes really impressed me.
