I've been working out for three months, going three or four days a week, and I'm very serious every time I exercise, but why can't I see the change of my body shape?
In fact, this situation bothers many people who exercise. Fitness is not only a physical activity, but also a mental activity. Sometimes you not only don't work hard enough, or finish the plan on time, or even overfulfil the plan, your muscles will grow or your figure will change. First of all, we must understand that fitness is a long-term thing and something that needs to be adhered to. I summarize three points, hoping to help you.

Number one: How long has the load increased? Are you still using the same weight from the beginning to now? In fact, people's physical adaptability is very strong. Your body has adapted to your strength, maybe you should add a little weight. Secondly, you should pay attention to leg training. Many people train their arms, shoulders, abdominal muscles and chest muscles, but ignore the training of their legs. Leg training is to secrete testosterone, which is an important factor to increase muscle.

Number two: Do you have a reasonable diet? You should increase your intake of protein during and before your exercise. Also, you must have enough rest, enough sleep and stay happy. Only when you are well can you get twice the result with half the effort.

The third point: at the beginning of fitness, don't care too much about whether your muscles are getting bigger or too sensitive. Do some weight-bearing or learn a lot of movements. Please don't do this. You should pay more attention to whether your movements are standard or not. At first, practice the movements with a small weight, otherwise the movements are not standard, and it is difficult for you to develop the corresponding muscles.

We should stick to everything we choose to do, believe in ourselves, explore and practice halfway, and learn from others instead of building big muscles. Whatever is best for us, as long as you work hard, it will definitely pay off.
