Can muscle ache still exercise?
Hello, it's normal to have muscle aches within 2-3 days after exercise. Muscle exercise belongs to anaerobic exercise. Doing anaerobic exercise will break down ATP (adenosine triphosphate) to provide energy. At the same time, lactic acid will be produced in the body. If the training intensity reaches a certain level, lactic acid will also accumulate to a certain level, so the muscles will feel sore the next day or the third day. If the intensity is not high, the pain will not be so strong the next day. So I often judge whether the strength of the previous day is in place by whether the muscles are sore the next day!

But if it is more than 5 days, if there is only pain and no sour feeling, it may be a muscle strain. This can distinguish between injury and normal phenomenon.

For large muscle groups in the same part, do not exercise the muscles in this part within 3 days after exercise, and it is better to exercise for 4 days. If you exercise again during this time, it will affect the repair of muscle tissue and the muscle will not grow well. It's hard to gain muscle. But in addition to abdominal muscles and small muscle groups, as long as the muscles are not sore, you can continue to exercise!

There is no need to solve the normal phenomenon of muscle soreness, and it will disappear naturally after 2-3 days. As I said just now, I take muscle soreness as the evaluation standard of the exercise intensity the day before, so I personally think that muscle soreness after exercise is a good thing, not a bad thing!

You can't train immediately after the head muscles are sore, and you should rest for at least 3 days before training!
