A 54-year-old American man successfully did 432/kloc-0 pull-ups in 24 hours, breaking the Guinness World Record. Mark Jordon, Texas, successfully did 432 1 pull-ups in the 24 hours on October 4th last year, 87 times more than the previous world record.

Yang Jinyong, 25, completed 44 pull-ups in one minute, setting a new Guinness Book of Records.
According to the Guinness Book of Records website 19, under the guidance of professional coaches, Yang Jinyong started physical endurance training from 20 14 to 12. After four times a week, 1-3 hours of continuous training, it set a record for American David Bowden to complete 42 exercises in one minute.
In addition to physical endurance training, Yang Jinyong often meditates alone at night, imagining his record-breaking situation and repeatedly experiencing the essentials of pull-ups in his mind. He firmly believes that "everything is possible and everyone can realize their dreams". Before starting professional training, Yang Jinyong had been practicing for many years. He once said that pull-ups were his favorite sport and he had to practice every time he went to the gym.
