In fact, as long as the exerciser's abdominal muscle training is in place and the training stimulation is strong enough, the delayed soreness will definitely last for one to three days. If the exerciser insists on practicing, the pain and fatigue of abdominal muscles will also greatly reduce the training effect.
Not only "exercise" can be regarded as the whole of fitness, but "rest" is also a necessary part of fitness. Therefore, for ordinary exercisers, "practicing every day" is not desirable.
There are indeed some high-level bodybuilders who can practice every day, even several times a day. This is based on two premises:
First, carefully arrange differentiation training, so that different muscle parts can take turns to train and rest;
Second, these senior or high-level bodybuilders already have very strong physical recovery ability.
When your adaptability is strong enough, you can really do abdominal training in your daily training. But before you become a master, you'd better not practice every day.
Schwarzenegger has a special warning in his fitness book "Schwarzenegger's Fitness Book": "If your muscles feel sore because of the previous day's training, then take an extra day off."
Question 2: I can't practice
Muscle pain is at best a warning from the body. If you can't practice, that's a more realistic problem.
What is the concept of practicing 200 belly rolls at a time? Calculated by each group 15 abdominal rolls, it takes about 13 groups to complete. If you are a novice athlete, the first one or two sets of belly rolls may have made it "painful". This has not considered the problem of "physical decline during training". In other words, the later, the more difficult it is for each group to complete 15 belly roll, because the muscles will be tired.
