Step 1
Pour flour, eggs and salt into a basin, and stir them clockwise with chopsticks to form a floccule (stir the three colors separately).
Second step
Pour pumpkin puree, wheat green powder and purple potato puree into three pots and knead them evenly with water. Pumpkin puree doesn't need water, because pumpkins have a lot of water.
Third step
Knead the three doughs evenly, cover them with plastic wrap, and let them stir for 30 minutes (it is stirring, not fermenting).
Fourth step
After proofing, put the dough into a dough press to flatten it. Be sure to flatten it back and forth a lot. My dough press has six gears. I pressed the noodles back and forth six times in the 1 gear, and then pressed the noodles back and forth three times in the other gear. I pressed the face in the fifth gear, ending the pressing process.
Step five
Finally, put in the required noodle-shaped gear to press the noodles, and you can press out the desired shape.

This is a round surface, and a wide surface can be extruded.
