Located in the southwest corner of the park, covering an area of1500m2. The morning exercise venue consists of two venues, which mainly provide convenience for middle-aged and elderly people. The venue is equipped with free power supply, and there is a fitness path around the venue. The skating rink located in the former children's playground covers an area of 3000 square meters, and the 2000 square meters skating area is designed according to the standard of single row and four wheels. As a supporting leisure area, a Soviet-style building enclosure was also built.

There are 1000 meters of health trails in the park, a medium-sized skating rink in the north, a large number of children's amusement programs, and many fitness programs suitable for young people.
