In order to enable the general public to enjoy the fruits of urban landscaping development, meet the needs of sightseeing, leisure, fitness and study, and standardize the issuance and management of Hefei Tongyuan Annual Card in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Annual Card), the purchase and use of the Annual Card are hereby notified as follows:
I. Types and prices of annual cards
Garden Year cards are divided into physical cards and network cards, and the prices are: single 80 yuan/card, couple 140 yuan/card (two-person card) and family 180 yuan/card (three-person card). Visitors who purchase a physical annual card for the first time need to pay a card deposit of 20 yuan/Zhang, while online cards do not need to pay a deposit.
Second, the use of functions
(1) Visit Hefei Wildlife Park (including Amphibian Crawling Hall), Hefei Botanical Garden, Hefei Bao Zheng Cemetery (including Baogong Temple, Baogong Cemetery, Qingfeng Pavilion and Fuzhuang) and Hefei Sanguo Ruins Park with the physical card (network card scanning code); With the function of "Hefei Tong" e-wallet, you can swipe your card in Hefei to take public transportation and rail transit, and enjoy the discount of "Hefei Tong" ordinary card.
(2) The network card is only used to scan the code and enter the park.
Third, the validity period.
The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase or replacement; After the expiration of the validity period, it can continue to be used after the renewal.

Distribution method of intransitive verbs
(i) Physical card
1. Renewal fee. If you have a physical annual card and the cardholder has not changed it, you can take the original card to the issuing place at the specified price within the issuing time, and you can use it after the information of annual card redemption is written into the computer.
2. New office. If you need to apply for a new single travel card, couple travel card (double card) or family card (three-person card), you must bring a recent one-inch bareheaded photo (double card or three-person card requires two or three-person one-inch photos) to each card issuing place. When the new card is sold, the information of the annual card should be entered into the computer, and the photo of the cardholder should be pasted on the annual card, and the anti-counterfeiting label should be pasted at the photo joint. The annual card must be sealed in a hard card sleeve to be used.
(2) Network card
You need to download Hefei Tongka APP from your mobile phone to purchase it. Before the network card comes into effect, you must register user identity information through your mobile phone and collect portraits independently. The network card can only take effect after the system audit (completed within three days) is successful.
Seven, use method
(1) physical card admission
When the cardholder enters the park with a card, he needs to hand over the physical card to the park ticket inspector to check the photos. After checking and verifying the validity period and other information through the POS machine, the cardholder is allowed to enter the park and return the physical card.
(2) Network card access
The network uses the dynamic QR code to verify the admission, and the mobile phone calls up the admission code, and then swipes the code at the ticket checking terminal to enter (the portrait information collected by the cardholder is displayed when registering).
If the annual card expires, the POS machine
The replacement and return of the entity annual card shall be handled at Hefei Tong Customer Service Center and Hefei Tong Yaohai Customer Service Sub-center. If the card is not artificially damaged, the cardholder can reissue it free of charge; If it is man-made damage, you need to pay a new deposit. The validity period of the reissued annual card is calculated according to the time of the original annual card. When returning the card, if the card is intact, the deposit of 20 yuan/Card can be refunded.
(2) Network card
The network card will take effect immediately after online approval, and the network card cannot be returned after it takes effect. Within two months from the date of card purchase, invalid network card users can apply for a refund through the "Hefei Tongka" app, and the funds for card purchase will be fully refunded through the original payment channel. If it is more than two months, it will not be accepted and apply for a refund.
Eight, change the card, return the card
(1) The annual card price refers to the park tickets, excluding the business premises in the park; Temporary exhibition activities are held in the park, and the fare difference during the activities is not charged (unless otherwise stipulated by the price management department).
(2) The Garden Year Card is anonymous, without loss reporting, sold without refund, and lost without replacement. This is for my own use and I can't lend it to others.
(3) Children under 6 years old (including 6 years old) and elderly people over 60 years old (including 60 years old) do not need to apply for the Garden Year Card.
(4) If the scenic spots need to be temporarily adjusted due to special reasons, the notice of Hefei Garden Year Card Management Office shall prevail.
(5) During the use of the Garden Year Card, in case of renovation of individual scenic spots or price adjustment, the request for extension or refund will not be accepted.
(six) the park attractions should do a good job in the annual card consultation and the management of card-holding tourists entering the park; Year card holders should consciously abide by the park management regulations and visit the park in a civilized way.
