I am a student of architecture department of Shenyang University. Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology is located in Hunnan District, next to Shenyang South Railway Station. Because it is close to the railway station, the size of the school is limited. The campus itself is not very big, but there is a campus gym, and students' fitness is relatively cheap. So occasionally borrow a friend's fitness card from Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology to experience cheap fitness.

There is not much difference between Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology and my Shenyang University. They are all near the railway station. Compared with the colleges in Shenbei New District and Economic and Technological Development Zone, the campus scale is relatively small, but life is more convenient.

I prefer the gymnasium of Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology. First of all, it is cheap, and there are various discounts for students. For example, during the winter and summer vacations, fitness cards stop counting, and one year's fitness cards can be used for one and a half years. Moreover, the fitness card in the gym is not strictly one card for one person, and there are team cards such as dormitory cards. The only drawback is that the gym is small in scale and far from my college, so the older one went once or twice.

Although there is also a commercial gym next to my school, it is relatively expensive at first, and the distance is neither near nor far. I always feel that it is not cost-effective to go to fitness by bus, and it is too hard to walk.

One of the more distinctive features of Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology is the library. This is also close to Shenyang University, whose landmark building is also the library. The library of Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology looks strange, and its color matching and modeling are obviously different from other buildings on campus. This is a completely "jumping out" building.

At present, most of the dormitories in Shenyang Institute of Science and Technology go to bed and get off the table, which is rare in places like Hunnan District and Dadong District. For example, most of Shenyang University still sleeps eight or six people.
