What do you mean by store transfer including rent?
The "store transfer" may or may not include the rent, depending on the specific content of the right holder's "transfer". Transfer means giving one's own things or rights to others. The transfer is that the lessor sublets the store to you, so the transferee has to pay a certain fee, that is, the store transfer fee.

The transfer fee of the store depends on the location, traffic and popularity of the store. And the cost is about one or two times the monthly rent of the facade room. To take over the transfer of facade houses, we should pay attention to signing a tripartite agreement with the owners and sublessors of facade houses. It is best to inquire about the operation, monthly rent and whether it has been demolished recently.
