First, the reason:
Most of them are caused by the friction between athletes' skin and the ground after falling. Badminton was scratched by the ground when it landed to save the ball, and some knees rubbed the ground because the center of gravity was too low when moving.
Second, the characteristics:
Generally speaking, abrasions are characterized by bleeding (usually capillary bleeding) or tissue fluid oozing from the wound.
Third, the treatment method:
1. The bruise in badminton can easily cause infection if it is not handled properly, so stop bleeding and disinfect the wound as soon as possible. If the abrasion is not serious, the area is small and shallow, and there is no foreign body on the clean surface, it can be washed and disinfected with normal saline, and then coated with 2% mercuric chloride.
2. Don't expose the scratches, which will easily dry the wound and affect the exercise.
3. If the abrasion is serious, foreign bodies (such as sand) are embedded in the skin, or the abrasion area is large, it is easy to be infected. The treatment method is to wash the wound with normal saline to remove foreign bodies, then cover the wound with vaseline gauze, and then pressure bandage it.
4. If the wound is serious, you need to go to the hospital, let the doctor perform debridement, use antibacterial drugs and inject tetanus antitoxin serum.
