Shanghai Bond Vocational and Technical College was established in 1998, which was approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and put on record by the Ministry of Education. Recruit full-time students in the national plan, and issue a college diploma with unified electronic registration by the Ministry of Education.

The school has six secondary colleges, including School of Economics and Management, School of Art and Design, School of International Communication and Foreign Languages, College of Applied Technology, College of Hotel Cuisine and College of Continuing Education, with 22 majors and more than 3,600 students.
