If you just start practicing, don't go to the gym, because you can't do anything there. Don't go unless you find a fitness instructor (personal advice)!

You can practice your arms with small weight equipment at home! Only when your arm has a certain strength can you practice others! Must persist! It's no use not insisting.

And if there is no equipment, do more push-ups, squats, sit-ups, etc.

There are many moves, so you need to master them all. You need to master 2-3 kinds of your own skillful moves, and then you can update your moves and increase your weight!
