How many instruments does the gym use to exercise a part?
If you want to be stronger, there is no problem with the number of groups, but the number of each group should be 10~ 12. Generally, the first group belongs to 14~ 18 light weight warm-up, and the next three or four groups are normal. Generally, the number of large muscle groups needs to be more, such as pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi, abdominal muscle and quadriceps femoris, all of which belong to large muscle groups. Doing one or two groups more than normal can stimulate the muscles better, so that the muscle fibers are slightly damaged (this is the cause of pain), and the muscle fibers will automatically recover and thicken. The number of instruments used in each part is less than 4. Just practice two parts at a time, such as three heads in the chest, two heads in the back and shoulders and abdomen.
