Why do you always get nosebleeds when you exercise in the gym?
I think it is mainly considered from two aspects:

First, you are in good health, and the internal fire is very strong. The internal fire is too strong and nosebleeds.

Second, you are not nervous. You may have high blood pressure. When you exercise, your blood circulation will be strengthened and your blood pressure will rise. There is a small artery (or vein) inside the nasal cavity that is easy to rupture, so there is a nosebleed.

Third, if you exercise too much, the capillaries in your nose will explode. The exercise environment is too dry and the capillaries are cracked. Instruments are bruised, etc. . I suggest you go to the hospital for examination at your convenience. Wish you good health.
