Description of National Vocational Qualification Certificate of Fitness Instructor:
1. In principle, the training in that month will be appraised in that month. If the assessment cannot be conducted as scheduled due to special reasons, students must obey the provisions of the relevant business departments of the state or Guangdong Province and participate in the assessment on time. Students who fail to participate in the appraisal as scheduled shall be treated as abandoned exams, and the appraisal fees shall be borne by themselves.
2. If the trainees do not participate in the appraisal of the training month, they must notify the training institution in writing 10 days in advance (10 days before training) and apply for extension of appraisal. If the application period exceeds or there is no written application, the appraisal fee shall be borne by itself.
3. Students are responsible for the make-up exam fees and materials. Make-up exams should be applied and paid at the latest 15 days before the next appraisal, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
