"Because the number of your stores cannot be expanded or the size of your stores is not enough, your coach can only be a coach here forever. Coaches always spend years selling and teaching. Over time, I can't see the hope of growing up here in the future. Naturally, I will choose a better platform. " Therefore, this will face the problem of the loss of coaches, and the current turnover rate in the fitness industry is extremely high, and few coaches can stay in a club or studio for a whole year.
With the loss of coaches, it is inevitable that you will also lose some customers. Because the service system is not perfect, customers are highly dependent on the coach, not your training system. Presumably this is what every fitness studio owner does not want to see.
For the coaching profession, they have several growth directions:
1. Professional technical personnel.
The company needs to provide a good learning environment and a platform for further study for talents in this development direction, and help him to have a good growth space in the future as a trainer. At present, most employees' training is probably done by the boss himself. However, as the coach's knowledge reserve is wider and wider, the knowledge he wants to learn is more and more detailed, and the cost of learning is higher and higher, but the income is stagnant, and you can't give employees satisfactory subsidies because of the cost. The result should be self-evident.
2. Store manager
If the number of stores cannot be expanded, your employees will not have such opportunities; Or the scale of a single store is not well developed, and there are no middle management positions for our employees. Without these positions, employees naturally have no room for growth and their salaries cannot be improved.
3. Star coaches, models and artists
I believe that many coaches are not low in figure and face value, so coaches still have the opportunity to transform. But at present, the domestic market can do this, except for the new industry leader "Star Fitness", few companies can provide such opportunities for coaches. So for most studios, there are only two ways for employees to be promoted: trainer or manager. As a result, neither method works, so ... it's embarrassing.
