A small problem of sauna
Watering means this is a dry sauna. The normal sauna process is: you can do anything before, take a bath before entering the sauna, wet your skin and enter the sauna. Commercial saunas are usually two-story benches. If you want to sweat, sit on the bench on the surface, because the hot air is on it and the temperature is high. If you feel that the temperature is not enough, you can splash water to raise the temperature, you can inhale water vapor, and you can use it for nasal ventilation. Come out to take a shower after sweating for two minutes, rinse off the sweat on your body, and then go in, usually circulating for two or three times. The whole time should not exceed 15 minutes. There is an hourglass in the sauna room. Look at the scale, 5 10, 15 minutes.

In the meantime, you can bring a glass of water in, and when your lips or mouth feel dry during steaming, you can drink some water moderately.

All the dry towels in the gym are brought in with a towel and dried when sweating a lot. Female guests must have towels.

You don't have to wear anything. The main purpose of sauna is sweating. Painting is also a waste.

In consideration of safety, be careful not to splash water. The temperature is not enough to sit on the upper floor, and the general commercial sauna rooms are preheated in advance.

Take a bath after steaming and find a room to lie down and rest. If conditions are good, you can have a massage or essential oil or something.
