How should the gym reasonably arrange students' class time?
I also worked out in the gym for more than a year. Generally, continuous courses should be arranged after 6: 30 pm, and weekends can be arranged after 2 pm, and then the time should be planned according to different courses such as dance, aerobics, weight loss and cycling. It mainly depends on what your conditions are, just don't take classes for the sake of classes.
