A person's whole body is dominated by his heart. Your heart is like a king, and your hands and feet are ministers. You have an obvious sense of arbitrariness, and your subjects can effectively command your wishes. This is what Confucianism means when Tianjun is calm and obedient. Some people practice martial arts, and everything is calm at ordinary times. Once you are in a hurry, you feel angry and anxious. Although martial arts are deep, it is difficult to do it overnight. This is the stage of heart-warming and qi-dispersing. If you can live and die unmoved, martial arts will be deified. Calculating interest is the practice method of Taoism, and so is Buddhism. Beginners of martial arts should first calm down the pulse, reach the sea of qi, give up all other thoughts, listen to the breathing coming and going, and recite the number from one to five to ten, but don't count too much to avoid confusion. What goes further than calculating interest is listening to interest. When the palm comes out, it seems that there is breath coming from the shoulders and armpits, and it goes straight to the fingertips of the five fingers on the palm edge. Listening quietly, there seems to be expansion between the arms and fingers. If you practice counting and listening to the breath to a certain extent, you will jump anyway. The breath will not speak and breathe, but it will be very light. The key to life and death is the key to all beings. Martial arts classics are absolutely linked to defeating the enemy, which is essentially called "the art of killing." Therefore, we must first break the concept of life and death. If we can find the difference between life and death early, we will be fearless when facing the enemy. Even if the enemy is stronger than ourselves, we can wait for it and use it, such as victory.

When sitting at the table, hold the diamond, that is, hold the spell slightly with your lips and make no noise. Because chanting curses loudly hurts qi, meditation hurts blood. First of all, we should pay attention to our health, so we should protect our health in meditation and practice. However, when the seeds roll, you are fidgety, unable to sit still, or when you are asleep and dreaming, you must read a spell loudly to get rid of those confused delusions and sandmen before you can settle down. When this is not the case, I still use the method of holding the spell by King Kong.
The spell holding speed is from 10 to 12 times per minute. When reading, you should listen to your own mind, that is, you should read word by word from your heart, not inadvertently. You should listen to the mantra from your heart with your ears and hear it clearly, so as to keep your mind still and gradually settle down.
Our six-eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind-are used to moving around like monkeys. It's hard for you to calm it down, but you can't be enlightened calmly, not without moving it. Therefore, when Bodhisattva teaches us to recite Buddha, we should "take all six, read one after another". That is, when chanting Buddha, we should sincerely grasp the body, heart, nose and tongue in the holy name of "Amitabha" and tell it not to move, so as to settle down. Of these six roots, meaning and ear are hard to get. Close your eyes and don't look at things to capture the root of your eyes; With a spell in your mouth, you can grasp the root of your tongue (tongue); The nose can catch the root of the nose, but can't smell the smell; The body can grasp the roots without touching the outside world. But people's ears are the most sensitive, and they can hear sounds far away, even across a mountain. The noise outside will upset you. As for the meaning root, it is more difficult to capture. If you don't touch it, your thoughts will jump out of your heart involuntarily. Why? This is a habit with many troubles. It is used to moving, but it won't work without moving. This is called "Zuo Yi" in Buddhist scriptures. It is also the five places that Fa Xiangzong said, meaning, touch, acceptance, thinking and thinking are the first. It exists in the eight senses, always ready to move, constantly flowing like running water, so it is called "flow birth and death", which is very subtle, but we usually can't see it.
Some people say, "We have no idea to meditate without practicing dharma, but we have an idea to practice dharma meditation. Is it illegal? Do you have an idea? "
No. This is because you are usually confused and can't see your thoughts moving. When your heart calms down a little, you will see your mind moving. What should I do? How can I stop my fantasy? The only way is to absorb the Italian roots with the ear roots. You need to speak your mind, listen and see clearly, so that you can practice it. Therefore, the essence of meditation is to "listen with your heart, listen with your heart", firmly grasp your delusion and calm down. Otherwise, you can't sit here and recite the mantra or Buddha's name in your mouth and think in your head. Be sure to listen, be sure to listen, and be dead set on meditation.
However, the most important thing is to be empty. Practice is jumping out of the three realms, not the five elements, so everything must be put down before it can enter the Tao. Getting married has one more obstacle than becoming a monk. There are many troubles when you have a home. Before the donkey left, the horse came again. There are many things.
Therefore, we should always be vigilant and see through that these things are fake and can't be obtained. If we don't love them in our hearts, we can't stand being rude. Then I thought hard, holding a spell, but I couldn't help but attack. This is a series of habits full of hardships. I'm used to it. I can't stop at once, but don't be afraid. This idea jumps out, you can see it, ignore it and let it be natural. If you can't see the idea coming, then you run with it, so you can't settle down. When meditating, the most important thing is to let go of everything, be clear-headed, look at any idea, ignore it, dislike it, and suppress it. Hate itself is a delusion. It's no good holding back. Stress can't kill you. For example, if you move a stone to press the grass, the grass will grow again after the stone is removed. This is not good. Even if it is crushed to death, it will become civil stone and cannot be used. Therefore, we should use lively transformation method, not suppression method. When an idea comes, just ignore it, break the spell, and delusion will naturally change.
When you practice meditation so diligently, you can't get rid of the mantra without being distracted. What is the reason? Because our hearts that hold spells are still illusory, that is, there are hearts that can be read and spells that can be read (the same is true for chanting Buddha, with hearts that can be read and Buddhas that can be read), and they are all illusory. Relatively false, not true; The true heart is absolutely indifferent, and everything that is related is illusory. If we really persist in single-mindedness, all relatively illusory things will fall off and disappear. At this time, the body, mind and world are empty, the void is shattered, and the true and innocent nature will be fully revealed.
There is a diarrhea process after initiation, so don't be afraid, because the power of law comes into play. This method is powerful and tells you to remove filth, stains and habits and change your stomach. This is a good thing, don't be afraid.
After practicing for a period of time, I have a little understanding of Zen, which is a rational enlightenment. It is useless to understand words. Because there are no witnesses, the determination is not enough. Although the reason is clear, it can't be stopped when things come. So enlightenment can't lead to life and death. You must realize this. Only when you see nature in person can you have strength. Of course, "seeing" is not what the eyes see, but what the eyes see. Naturally, there is no phase, and the eyes can only see things with phase. At that time, you had nobody. What eyes are there? What else did you see? Although the dharma body is invisible, it is not empty. It is a real great function and energy, manifesting and changing all things and realms in the world. For example, electricity is invisible to the eyes, but without electricity, the world can't run. Another example is "salty taste in seawater". People can see the sea, but the salty taste in the sea can't be seen, but it does exist!
When we strive to see nothing in the world, we will know when God knows, and when we get the message, we will see the Tao. That's why they call it yet I feel the harmonious heart-beat of the Sacred Unicorn. Are you successful when you see the Tao? Many people think that this has been successful. No, it didn't succeed, and it's far from success. I just opened the treasure and saw a little shadow. It's just a legal issue, and it doesn't matter. We still have to work hard to move forward. It's time to get rid of bad habits.
When I first saw Heart and Sex, I realized that I had broken the original reference and crossed the first threshold. I also have a fake habit, I can't live or die. We must be diligent in protection, cultivate our mind through experience, and eliminate stubborn false habits. Only in this way can we truly respond to the "all phases are illusory" in the Diamond Sutra, be happy in prosperity, not worry in adversity, and not be indifferent at all, and be confused and live and die in stages. The Diamond Sutra says: Past, present and future are all unattainable. If you can't get your heart, why move? People who really see sex only have this kind of consciousness, and nothing else can be obtained. They must be more progressive, and that kind of awareness and unattainable can't be true. If you see the situation clearly and live with your mind, you are not a person enlightened by sex. Lohan is divided into four fruits, and there are also divisions in whether it is born with brains. Lohan, the first fruit in the mountains, is clean and pollution-free, but when you get to the city, you will inevitably be dazzled and miss it, which is why you don't understand. People who are confused are born with the environment, and they are confused with things, which is also a delusion that they are confused with dreamland and possessed.
In the process of meditation, there are many phenomena, such as beautiful images such as beautiful buddhas and bodhisattvas, or ugly magic. Don't pay attention to them. All the pictures are fake, so it's easy to be possessed when photographed. Also, when you transition from the physical body to the non-physical body, you have to make some changes: if your body is gone, or your hands, feet and head are gone, and so on. Don't care about him. Even if you are going to die and your head is going to explode, you don't have to be afraid. This is a prelude to your physical and mental loss. A kind of fear, a kind of shock, is that all previous efforts have been abandoned. The heat came, suddenly exploded, the body and mind were inside, the world was outside, the void was shattered, and the nature was before. However, you can't beg for this explosion. If you watch, you will be covered by delusion. Not only will it not explode, but even air can't get in. Tantric Buddhism has this advantage. It is often helped by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the external explosion causes implosion, but you must never ask when it will come, let alone wait for it or welcome it. All images in meditation cannot be ignored, and must be ignored. The epigram of the Diamond Sutra must be firmly remembered: "All appearances are false." All the colors are fake. Ignore them and you'll be fine. As long as you ignore it, there is a danger of magic.
Lohan with two fruits can move before reading and feel after reading. Although I can stay awake and go home to sit still, my thoughts have ups and downs, and there are still birth and death. Therefore, there must be a life and death, and then life and death can be segmented. Therefore, it is not the end of the great event to open up the original people, but also to get rid of their habits well, enter the stage of being indifferent to Luohanda's three fruits, further enter the realm of inaction, and reach the point caused by A Bi's postscript, which is the beginning. Thinking, pretending and affectation are all promising. It is promising to start practicing from the first place, the second place and the third place ... to the seventh place, and entering the eighth place is inaction. Although the seven places have been proved to be inaction, they are still inaction, and the shadow of inaction is still unclean. At eight places, the shadow of inaction was cancelled. Therefore, each of us should measure ourselves to see if we haven't moved at all. If there are ups and downs in our hearts at ordinary times, it will not work. In the realm, if we are in the realm, it will not work. Any time and any place is empty, it can be used with the fate, not persistent, there is a wonderful vacuum, and a wonderful vacuum is the real enlightenment.
Besides meditation, the most important thing is to study hard at ordinary times. Always look at yourself and you will see your thoughts together instead of running with them. You can't tell if you think about it, but you won't know until you run for a long time. That won't do. Zen said: if you are not afraid to remember, you are afraid to feel late. I'm not afraid to think. I'm afraid you don't know. Running with my thoughts is life and death. I followed my own thoughts for a long time before I knew it. Even if you have been dead for a long time, it proves that you can't live or die in the future. If we can think beforehand and feel afterwards, and don't follow our thoughts, we can be comfortable. A comfortable life is not a matter of life and death, but also a matter of life and death. However, when you arrive in do or die, you can make your own decisions, and you can go wherever you want, and you will be rewarded in your career.
Kung fu degree
The first step in kung fu: I can't remember. If you don't think about it, you can become a winner in life and death, and your career will not be comfortable.
Step two: witness inaction. I don't care if everything comes. This is really obedient, not holding still. It's no use staying still. We should entertain all kinds of things, follow everything, there is nothing good, there is no bad sense of difference, the good is unhappy, and the bad is never tired, so that our hearts can be calm and reach the realm of equality and inaction. If we do this, we can change freely and live and die in stages. The first step is to face life and death calmly, and the second step is to face change calmly. Can be thicker and thinner, can be shorter and longer. At the position of the Eighth Bodhisattva, at least more than 30 intentional beings can be displayed.
Step 3: Eliminate the micro-streamer. Microfluidity is the intention mentioned above. Intention flows in the eight-knowledge field, which is usually invisible. Only by going deep into King Kong Sakamoto can we see it and destroy it. At this point, after all the micro-streams are extinguished, the incarnation of Jin Moru can appear, and all beings of Jin Moru can see it. At this time, I really got home. I am not only enlightened, but also far from it. Therefore, I must study hard.
You can't be a Taoist without bodhicitta. What is bodhicitta? The simple explanation is "seeking for the top and seeking for the bottom": seeking for Buddhism and Taoism on the top and seeking for all beings on the bottom. We practice the law for inheritance, not for self-nature.
Everyone must study hard, insist on meditation and observation, and don't take it lightly. It is more important to study hard under the seat, instead of sitting for two hours and letting wild horses fly. Walking, living, sitting and lying should be observed frequently to correspond to the avenue. Six practical points:
First: Let go of everything and be dead set. What's the use of clinging to things in the world? Everything in this world is a combination of karma, without substance, just like passing clouds, empty and illusory, impossible to get and impossible to take away. Even your own body is fake, you can't keep it, you can't get it, and you can imagine what is outside. Therefore, it is foolish to hold on to things as true. Learning Buddhism and practicing is a gentleman's career with great wisdom, which is not competent by people with small roots and little wisdom. To be a Taoist, we must first see through everything. Concentrate on meditation and you will be enlightened. If you think like this, think like that, and think wildly, it's over. Be sure to let go of everything, like a dead man.
Second: meditate, hold the mantra and listen. This is the secret of cultivating the mind, which is very important for meditation and enlightenment, so I have repeatedly reminded you to follow it to the letter. People are used to illusions. If they don't concentrate on the spell, if they can't stop thinking, how can they be calm and enlightened Therefore, you must listen to your heart, read a heartfelt sentence, and listen to your ears clearly, so that you can stabilize your heart and gradually settle down.
Third: when you think, you will feel that you will not follow. You should be able to see an idea when it appears. If you can't see it, run with it. When you run with it, you will be confused and unable to settle down. Therefore, when you read it, you should be aware of it. You can neither drift with it nor suppress it. Just ignore it, mention mindfulness, hold the mantra wholeheartedly, think naturally and settle down safely.
Fourth: sit on time, don't worry. Go to the table on time every day, and it is easy to calm down when you get into the habit. Meditation is best in the morning and better in the early morning. Don't settle down while sitting. Sit down peacefully with a normal heart. There is no hurry or delay in holding the spell. No meditation, no enlightenment, no magical power. Asking for meditation, enlightenment, magical powers, etc. are all illusions. Coupled with this heart, it is an obstacle since enlightenment, which not only hinders enlightenment, but also hinders meditation.
Fifth: look at the next seat, continuous and dense. Popularize meditation kung fu in meditation to daily use, and use it in cold compress when walking, living, sitting and lying down; Look carefully, there is nothing to live in, neither let the realm run, nor wander with delusions.
Sixthly, the heart is vast, accommodating everything. Monks should be generous and inclusive. Even if others are not good to me, I will be better to him. There is no concept of love and evil, joy and disgust. Do all good things with fate, always feel at ease everywhere, without the heart of suffering and loss, without the idea of discrediting success or failure. This is the greatest incarnation.
Remember these six points, practice according to them, decide to open a book, and personally prove the nature of Buddha. Do these six things well, persevere, and ensure that you can prove Bodhi and make great achievements!
