Aerobic yoga first, yoga first, or aerobic yoga first, which comes first, and why?
Aerobic exercise first. Aerobics is more intense, and there will be exercises such as strength. When your body is active, your muscles and bones are released by exercise, and then you can do yoga. On the one hand, you won't grow muscles because of the strength of aerobics and physical exercise. On the other hand, when your body is already very hot, you do stretching and stretching exercises, you won't get hurt, and the effect is better.

I was on the aerobics school team in college. After our team training, we will increase the yoga time by half an hour to forty minutes. After strenuous exercise, let the body calm down slowly in soft and soothing music, which can keep the mood and the sense of line of body muscles well. If you don't stretch after aerobic exercise, it's easy to widen your shoulders, strengthen your arm muscles and lose weight, but you won't lose weight obviously on your body lines. Therefore, it is recommended to do aerobics first, and then yoga.

Pay attention to hydration, exercise more, and replenish water in time, which can help the body excrete toxins and prevent itself from dehydration.
