Xuzhou University of Technology generally refers to the University Science Park of Xuzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College. Xuzhou Institute of Industrial Technology University Science Park is a provincial-level university science park, which belongs to Xuzhou Institute of Industrial Technology. Its purpose is to promote school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education.

The park is located in the north of North huanghe road, Gulou District, Xuzhou City, and the east of West Second Ring Road. Located in the Old Yellow River Scenic Area, it has a superior geographical position, beautiful environment, low building density and convenient parking and transportation. Covering an area of nearly 90 mu, the building area is 40,000 square meters, the technology incubation area is14,000 square meters (including the entrepreneurial area of college students is 4,000 square meters), and the industrial zone (accelerator) is18,000 square meters.
